We’re getting ready to release a huge update to the website in the next day or so (call it the 2.0 version).  This update brings CurbPlaces one giant step closer to being the best site for exploring real estate in town.  The most obvious change will be the organization and layout of the site:  It is now broken down into four tabs: Explore, Buy, Sell, and Improve with each tab contain tools and data specific to that tasks.

So if you live in CVille and are just curious what’s going on in your neighborhood, you can use the Explore tab to find recently sold homes or current yard sales.  If you are looking to purchase a home, the Buy tab has special search filters and a map to make it easy to find a specific type of property.  The Improve section acts as an online Yellow Pages - with categories related to home improvement.
