Finding Your Listings
June 21st 2007 by Daniel in New Features / UpdatesWe have gotten several emails from agents that are unable to find one or more of their listings. The easiest way to check to see if an address is in our database is to type it in to the search box at the top of the page. For example: just type “503 Rialto St.” and press “Search”. If the listing is in our database, the map will center on its location and a “bubble” with the property details will be displayed.
If you can’t find your listing, read below:
1) The “Buy” page will only find active listings (currently For Sale) in our database. Listings newer than a few days may not have been found yet.
2) New developments or property with addresses on streets that don’t show up on the map yet, will not be added to our database. HOWEVER, you are welcome to add the property to our database yourself. Click on the Sell tab and follow the directions to create a website for you house. You will be able to choose a location on the map for your house and it will be added to the database (all free).
3) If your property is not on a new street and you still can’t find it, email us.
