Mellow Mushroom now offers soy cheese for a vegan friendly option. Mellow has always had veggie options like the tempeh hoagie, and veggie pizzas with no cheese. But, as a new option vegans can get cheese on their pizza! John Adamson owner of the Charlottesville Mellow Mushroom said that there have been several requests to start offering soy cheese and that they have finally found a cheese that works with their ovens.
