Despite the predicted Resession, Homes are still Selling

While I was searching for homes that are for sale in the area, celebrity homes that are for sale popped into my search. The article that I read was listed on LA’s curbed and was written today, but as I viewed the homes 3 that were over 2 million dollars have already sold! Terri Seymour, actress and girlfriend of Simon Cowell was listed in the group. Her house was very plain but beautiful and was listed for 4.6 million and has already sold. I know the recession seems inevitable with all the press, but even extremely expensive homes ARE still selling.
