Group Tours are the new way to search for a Home

March 31st 2008 by Kelly in Real Estate

woods1.jpgToday the Washington Post reported the increase of home buyers looking for a home in a group. Home buyers want to get a deal on buying a house and they want help in locating foreclosed homes. The buyers opt into a group tour of the homes in their area that are for sale so that they can be one of the first to know the statics on the homes. Over the weekend a group of 30 packed into a bus for a 3 hours tour of real estate in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties. It seems like looking for a home in a group would be very competitive. Would you want a group tour for your next home visit?
