New Condos are being built on Hydraulic Road across the street from the future Albermarle Place. When the condos are finished there will be 30 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condos. The condos will have 1570-2054 square feet of finished space and 4 units will have basements. Reservations can be made to reserve the unit of your choice before construction is complete. Reservations are non-binding with a 3,000 dollar deposit. The Condos will be part of the Greer Elementary School, Jouett Middle School, and Albermarle High School. Condos will start at $214,950.
