A New Way to Tailgate

Foxfield is tomorrow. There are two foxfield races (Spring and Fall) but tomorrow’s race will be filled with mostly UVA students and alumni, others will come to watch the show but from what I’ve heard they will be the main groups of people. I have been to Foxfield in the Fall suposedly the “family friendly” Foxfield. I haven’t been to the Spring Foxfield.
I saw this picture on Facebook of someone getting ready for the Foxfield festivities. He built a platform up on his truck for people to play flip cup on while at Foxfield. I think it’s funny that people that go to the race claim to not even see a horse. The women’s lacrosse tournament is also in town this weekend so the corner will be crazy. If Mellow Mushroom pizza sounds good this weekend be prepared to run into plenty of drunk college students and alum enjoying the Spring weather.
How long have you sat in traffic to get to or from Foxfield?
