Kenny Rogers Flips Houses

Kenny Rogers, country music singer, has listed his Buckhead home for $7.9 million. Rogers bought the home in 2006 for 2.8 million and has spent the last several years renovating. The renovation projects included raising the roof and adding landscaping. This is the 10th house that Rogers has flipped.
Wouldn’t it just be cheaper to bulldoze the house then to work on raising the roof? That seems like a very complicated thing to do.
