Charlottesville Extended Stay

It’s hard when you have people coming in town and you don’t have a guest room. When they stay a couple days you want them to feel comfortable and hotels don’t. One of my friends just started renting out his “carriage house” I’m not sure that’s the right name for it, but it’s a really neat apartment above the garage and he just opened it up for extended stay guests(2 night minimum.) It might be a good option if you have family or friends coming for a long visit and is especially nice since almost all my family lives out of town and I don’t have a guest room. The whole apartment is newly renovated with hardwood floors and new appliances, the back deck looks out on the woods even though it’s only 5 minutes from downtown.
