New Location of Ristorante Al Dente

Al Dente has completed renovations of their new space in the IX building. The white table clothes, high wooden ceiling, big windows and large patio area make the new restaurant look very appealing. Owner, Karim Sellam is also renovating the space beside Al Dente to create a Moroccan themed restaurant and possibly dance club. He has planned a trip to Morocco(located in North Africa) to decorate the new restaurant with items from Morocco. The cuisine of the new restaurant will be diverse and full of spices. Sallam prides himself in cooking with a lot of fresh local produce to keep the dishes full of flavor.
