Bike Prom

Tonight at the Ix, Bike Prom. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun. Dance Party with DJ Western Front(Cassis DJ, also did the Live Arts Gala). The Bike Prom is being put on by Happy Rickshaw, the group that will take you on a “pedicab” or “pedal cab” ride around Charlottesville(up to 3 people can ride). Bring cash, it’s free to get in but drinks will be on a donation system to help the charity. The party will be in the opposite end of the IX building - in the new warehouse. From Elliott Ave, you’ll see the renovated IX buildings and the TV station headquarters. The Bike Prom will be on the left side of the building. You’ll see a few lights outside, cleverly disguising the extravaganza that hides within.

You can bring your bike and ride it around the warehouse. Dress warmly but, Wes always gets people dancing.
