This Saturday, January 17th at Jefferson Vineyards(the closest vineyard to Charlottesville), learn how to make Chardonay. The class will take place from 10-1 and includes a box lunch, graduated cylinders, calculaters, pens and paper to learn how to make your own blend of Chardonay using the Jefferson vineyard grapes.
