This year Look3 Festival of the Photograph takes over the Charlottesville Downtown Mall this weekend on June 11th, 12th and 13th. The Festival was created to make everything in walking distance of the mall. The month of June the photographs will stay hanging on the mall and in galleries. The C-ville has some suggestions on how to plan which events to attend during The Festival.
This year the YourSpace theme is “Fortune”
I included directions below on how to get your photo on YourSpace, you can submit in advance or during the Festival, since each day the newly submitted photographs will be reviewed.
1. Create a free PhotoShelter Starter account if you don’t already have one.
2. Upload a selection of images to PhotoShelter.
3. Within PhotoShelter, create a gallery of 1-3 photos that represent the theme: “fortune”
4. Remaining within PhotoShelter, click “LOOK3 YOURSPACE” under the “Community” tab. Choose the gallery you created, and click “Submit Gallery to LOOK3.”
