Trick or Treat on the Lawn: Friday, October 30th from 4-6pm, dress up and bring your kids to the lawn, the 52 rooms surrounding the lawn will be handing out treats. This year it’s the day before Halloween to avoid conflicts with the Duke game on Saturday.
Doggie Halloween on the Downtown Mall: Friday October 30th 2nd Annual Doggie Howl-O-Ween. 5:30-6:40 Doggie Trick or Treat on the Mall, 6:30 Doggie Parade Down the Mall, 7:00 Costume Contest at Central Place
Blue Light: Dress up Friday night, DJ starting at 10
Boylan Heights: Saturday Night, Red carpet with the Virginia Film Festival: entrance with Vegas style spot lights all night long. The entrance will be on the 14th street side and when people arrive they will go on the red carpet up to the Boylan Heights/Virginia Film Festival backdrop to have their picture taken by all the photographers and paparazzi.
