Don't know if they are doing anything special or not. Not sure if a coat is the most romantic gift that can be given on Valentines. Sounds more like a christmas present. I agree with you on Hedge - in face, that whole shopping center is a great one-stop-shop place for everything valentines day - ingredients for a fancy meal, flowers, chocolate, cakes, cookies...
