Kenny Rogers Flips Houses

Kenny Rogers, country music singer, has listed his Buckhead home for $7.9 million. Rogers bought the home in 2006 for 2.8 million and has spent the last several years renovating. Petit Bebe is giving up its current York Place location into the current Les Yeux location. July 1st the new Petit Bebe location will open. Owner, Kim Kuttner, plans to fill the larger space with more modern kids furniture, strollers and car seats along with the high-end children’s clothes.

The Charlottesville City Council has approved a ground lease for the Piedmont YMCA to construct a fitness and aquatic center in McIntire Park. The center will be constructed on one of the existing softball fields although an exact location and size are still undecided.
