Stuart moved to Charlottesville from NYC in December of 1990. He started Rifkin Associates, with a focus on the hospitality industry, in the spring of 1991. He has owned a share of many restaurants in the local market and assisted in the development and operation of many others.

His personal experiences include lease negotiations, commercial and residential real estate purchases, and business acquisition. Stuart is an available and capable resource for any real estate transaction or business development need.
